They make you fill many pages of information and then disregard them. The assistant ask infinite questions and then don't follow up. The Dr. requests complex tests (MRI) and physical therapy sessions for a month before treatment. Treatment is then injections. Very disappointing! I missed good clinical evaluation of a highly qualified professional. More interested in making money is the feeling.

Very Dissatisfied with visit. Scheduled to see New doctor After a 45 minute wait we were shown to a room. Informed that I would see the PA and not Dr After waiting another 15 minutes, PA came in and introduced yourself No apology for the wait PA wanted to change existing treatment plan
She never examined me !!! I have always had wonderful care at Ramos clinics, but I left totally dissatisfied this time OK. Thankyou

One of the worst deceptive experiences ! Feeling deceived , lack transparency, not ethically minded nor care about patients w severe pain . I was “treated”by PA - who apparently can not prescribe real prescription pain meds for 2 weeks unsuccessfully. I then called everyday & sometimes multiple times per day continuously for 7 weeks ! No phone call back ! I happened to speak to few people in the office who had shocking similar experience w Ramos Center !We all felt deceived, wasted time & financially used for insurance $$ ! Ramos center does not willing disclose to me nor my co-workers/peers the practice according to Bhudwany is limited to joint injections. Ramos practice needs to disclose, be transparent that apparently limit practice, doctrine & focus- joint injections- Period !! . This practice does not disclose up front that they truly unwilling to prescribe other pain therapies. All I needed was phone call back to move forward! But was ignored! Reluctantly, I understand hesitation to prescribe due to corporate pharmaceutical greed, politics & addicts. But… no excuse for being ignored, led on & not treated properly! Myself & others felt led on falsely. Be honest & fair help us seek the right treatment & doctors .Doctors take hypocratic oath to help us - not financially use us, abuse us & lead us on!! So Ramos Center disclose you really only feel comfortable giving only joint injections! We just want transparency, honesty, help figure out pain free living ! Help us work on our health from the holistic approach. Please Help us solve & resolve our root cause of pain & live pain free. Help direct us to the correct Doctor practice not lead us on for your financial greed!

Predatory and astonishingly unprofessional. They misdiagnosed my elderly dad, ignored notes and X-rays from his other doctors (that had the correct diagnosis), and left him in more pain than when he came in for treatment. Luckily my dad found a real doctor, who was absolutely mortified when he told them about his experiences at this office. Inexcusable mistakes and oversights and zero regard for the patient as a living breathing human being. They won't listen to you. They already know what they want to do to you before you walk in the door. RUN away from this place.

This is the worst experience I have ever had with a doctor. You won’t see a doctor unless you have a procedure done. You won’t get to ask questions to the provider. If you have complications from a procedure that they perform, they will just tell you that it’s rare. I went for my 2 week follow up and told the provider that I had some serious complications. I was told it was normal for my age. I am glad my primary did not agree. She sent me to the ER. I had a spinal abscess from the epidural. I ended up off work for over 2 months and I have never been the same again. Please do your research before letting these people inject you with that stuff.

These injections are banned in other countries because of the harm that they do to patients.

My current pain management physician is amazing and he sent me to the proper physician to actually get help instead of pushing injections. He told me that if they never worked, they shouldn’t have kept pushing them on me. I recently had a spinal fusion and am on the mend, no thanks to this place. Please do your research before allowing anyone to put that junk into your body.

I have suffered from low back pain for the last 10 years! I recently received my first low back injection by Dr Budwauny and initially had so many pins & needles down my legs but it wore off and for the first time in a very long time, that dagger that I had in my back is gone!! I can't thank you guys enough! This is a life changer! Next round in 2 weeks! Hopefully that will calm this nerve pain in my legs that I still have. But I am truly amazed at this procedure! I wish I would have done it sooner!
