dr. Rodriguez is one of the best doctors I’ve ever gone to. I’ve been seeing him for about 10 years and he and he has done nothing but help me I’ve gotten off drugs and I’ve moved on. I’ve also seen him for psych psych issues but he’s always there even if he’s off he’s there for you so I advise anybody that has any issues with drugs or site issues to see him. He’s a great doctor.

I wanted to do TMS with him because he takes my insurance and it is really close to where I live. However, my first session was with one of his underlings. The whole staff is lovely. Then for some reason, I needed to see Dr. Rodriguez next. I don’t know why I need 2 prior sessions before starting which were $80 each. But fine. I go see him 3 weeks later! That’s all that was available. He was rude and cold. I know that some of the patients he sees are clearly not getting any better by my observations. I already didn’t feel good seeing him, but again, insurance. I mentioned to both the underling and him that I had petite mal seizures as a toddler and I checked with my mom that it shouldn’t be an issue. I understand that he wanted to talk to my mom first about the seizures. Come the following Monday, while my parents are on vacation in Hawaii, my mom calls and leaves 3 messages to the staff. Her call wasn’t returned fast enough. Having to wait for that phone call and then for insurance to clear on top of it, I convinced my parents to use Dr. DeLuca’s staff for TDS. I’m already scheduled to start. No insurance, but 1000x better and more efficient. If they replaced Dr. Rodriguez with a caring doctor, Delray Center for Healing would be a 5 out of 5 instead of a 1 out of 5. I heard shady things about him too. Don’t trust him.

I have been seeing Dr. Raul J. Rodriguez for a little more than one year. In that time, he and one of his therapists, Erica Spina, have helped me immeasurably. I can be myself again without the extreme anxiety and depression I was feeling for so long. All I can say to them is "thank you".

Dr Rodriguez has been treating me almost for 6 yr now.
When I go to my appt every month, he treats me as if I'm the only patient in the medical center.
HE ENSURES all my issues and concerns are addressed. If the allowed time runs out,he will not end the session until I am happy and content. I know this is a long review but I had to write about my experience with my doctor. He is VERY SYMPATHETIC, when im talking to him he looks at me with care & concern. I HIGHLY
RECOMMEND Dr.Rodriguez.

After having tried over 8 different Doctors throughout my life I knew without a single doubt after our first consultation that I was in the best hands I could possibly have imagined. I’ve been seeing Dr. Raul Rodriguez for over 10 years (14 to be exact) and he has been the most understanding, caring, compassionate and most of all the one Doctor who has actually been able to steer me back to the light regardless the circumstances. His experience, expertise, compassion and professionalism is by far the best available in the nation. Goes without saying the delray center for healing also has an exceptional staff that is willing to go beyond to help the patient and their needs. I can adamantly say that Dr. Rodriguez and his staff saved my life by helping me find purpose. I trust this man with my life and I’m sure you will come to realize why after your first appointment.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This doctor had my husband waiting on the line for over 30 minutes on two different occasions, without any explanation or apology. It takes courage for someone to reach out for help, and this 'Dr.' Rodriguez was not someone to help! He called my husband back, accusing him of not being online when the dr dialed in 10 minutes late, when in fact my husband was on line. He then was rude to his patient and hung up on him. I request a refund for this deposit and highly do not recommend anyone to see this so called 'Dr' again!

Dr. Rodriguez is an awesome psychiatrist. I have suffered with schizo-affective disorder since 2004. And depression before that for many years. With all my experience with psychiatrists Dr. Rodriguez is one of two psychiatrists I would highly recommend. The other lives in Virginia, so he doesn't count here in Florida.
Dr. Rodriguez' main specialty is addiction and eating disorders. He has a comprehensive treatment plan for those issues. If you can't pay for them, I have not heard of him pushing them on you. I have been offered many routes to mental health, but since I cannot afford them I just see Doc on a regular basis and attend therapy at the Delray Center for Wellness that is right down the street. Literally, a block away. I have an amazing therapist, Kellie, who has stuck with me though trying paranoia, and I honestly can say I am feeling much happier since I have been under her treatment. Dr. Rodriguez employs a wonderful staff that are truly concerned about getting their patients better.
I guess what is so unique about his treatment, at least I have never encountered it, is he is the lead of a team that sees you. His therapists, work with him, to provide you the best treatment possible. It's not like you have a therapist located in one place, and a psychiatrist in another and they never communicate with each other. His approach I feel is more balanced and helpful to each patient.
I am so happy I found Delray Center for Healing. Oh, I almost forgot, I was referred to Delray Center for Health and Wellness when I was a patient at a mental hospital in NJ. I was moving to Florida and my team of outpatient social workers let me know about this center before I moved down here. So when I did move I signed up right away. Doc must have good results to be referred to all the way up north in New Jersey. If you are looking for a psychiatrist and therapist, I would highly recommend that you come into the Office and at least try it out. You might just find success!

Pictures tell it all. First pic me very recently looking happy, calm, centered, and confident after 3 years of being treated by Dr Rodriguez. Second picture prior to meeting Dr Rodrigues my psych just filled the same old scripts that weren’t working well, I was cocky with a hudge ego, filled with anxiety, my eyes either shut or looking at the ground.
Raul’s Center for Healing uses evidence based treatment modalities with the latest science had discovered and offered in the field. He is very fair and will at least make the best medications available to his clients by setting up safeguards and extra monitoring, at the same time he will not enable a client to continue with a particular regiment if it’s ineffective or being misused. He will refer those clients to a higher level of care.
The office itself is well staffed with runs like a well oiled machine. There is a department of medical assistants that are specifically there to assist with medication filling, as well as secretaries for appointments schedule, and still a whole clinical team offering therapy such as DBT and addiction treatment.
