I sought out Rayna for grief counseling. We met virtually which works for me. She was warm, compassionate, attentive and resourceful. She helped me find figure out what was hurting me and the tools I can use solve my problems. This does not mean the road ahead of me will not be challenging, but I know Rayna has helped me find the tools to prepare me.
