Rebecca is such an amazing person inside & out. Her calm & friendly personality made it easy to talk to her openly about anything without judgment or shame. Rebecca is an amazing therapist with a unique gift for helping people heal emotionally and spiritually. Rebecca has been an amazing therapist as well as yoga/meditation teacher. She has helped me in so many other ways than just talk therapy. Whether it's just talking through what I'm a crying disaster about and finding ways to deal with it, or doing walking meditation, eating meditation, and listening meditation (to name a few), I always leave in a satisfied, and overall much better state.
