I found Dr. Ho after a very bad car accident that left me with multiple herniated and bulging discs and a body full of so much pain I could barely walk. I was desperate to find the right healer. Dr. Ho was very attentive during my consultation, he reviewed my MRI to see the injuries I have to see what the best treatment plan was for me. He listened to me, answered my questions and set a treatment plan into motion. I’ve been getting cupping and acupuncture for the last few months and it’s helped tremendously. He takes the time to listen to me, he has a wonderful bedside manner and positive healing energy/intentions. He has given me guidance in stretching on my own at home. The practice is very clean, calming, peaceful and tranquil. It’s a zen experience for me so much so that I fall asleep during treatment. I highly recommend Dr. Ho to anyone in search of a true healer.

Came to Dr Ho with complaints of lower, lumbar back pain. During his first appointment as well as consecutive appointments, Dr Ho was very attentive and discussed problem areas and how to combat them. Since this was a mix of cupping and acupuncture, I was a bit apprehensive, due to being unfamiliar, however Dr Ho discussed the pros of these treatment modalities. Towards the end of my treatment time I decided to add soft tissue treatment which I enjoyed thoroughly. My goal after my treatment was to have less/no pain and more flexible, which we definitely achieved. Dr Ho also pressed upon me the importance of living a healthy lifestyle that includes stretching, foam rolling, and attending to physical and mental health. Hands down I would recommend Dr Ho to anyone looking to decrease pain, improve mobility, and flexibility. Thank you Dr Ho!

So welcoming, professional and effective. I tell everyone to get treatment with Dr. Montana. My daughters both had issues with pain and tension. One is a gymnast and the other a writer. If you’re looking for a highly individualized and extremely effective physical therapy experience, then Recupery is your answer! From the start my experience with Dr. Montana Ho and his team has been impressive. I was accommodated for my initial consultation within about two days and received a tour of the practice and a thorough examination by Dr. Ho. He and I discussed the issues I was experiencing (back pain and poor posture) and how we could work to improve them through the use of a variety of specialized treatments (assisted stretching, acupuncture, cupping, etc.). I was impressed by Dr. Ho’s depth of knowledge and excited about his use of alternative therapies, so decided to start treatment on the spot!

What I love the most about Recupery is that each visit you work directly with Dr. Ho (yes, every visit!). Dr. Ho takes the time to discuss how you are progressing, tailoring that visit to your needs for that particular day. He takes the time to get to know you and understand how your day-to-day life may be impacting your body. It’s evident that Dr. Ho cares about his patients improvement and overall health.

Even though I have only been going to Recupery for a short period of time, I have already noticed significant improvement in my back and overall well being. I can’t wait to continue to work with Dr. Ho to bring my body to its peak performance!

I started coming to Dr. Montana for a few weeks now to treat my ankle and neck. the experience has been amazing. I twisted my ankle playing tennis and was very uncomfortable and sometimes painful to play/workout but ever since I’ve been coming to Dr. Montana it’s healing pretty quickly and haven’t felt any more discomfort or pain.
