Redemption Counseling Center

Although I am not a client of Redemption Counseling Center I have had opportunity to discuss the center at length with the Executive Director Emily Neuman Bauerle. She is a highly conscientious and well-grounded person who spends a lot of time recruiting high quality counselors that have both an understanding of modern psychology and an understanding of ways in which one's spiritual experiences, concepts, and sometimes tragedies shape one's sense of place and well-being (or lack thereof) in the world. I recommend RCC to anyone who desires counseling with persons who understand the language of faith. I also recommend it to anyone who does not desire to integrate spirituality and psychology.

Through my time volunteering here at RCC, I have met counselors who are very intentional about their work and passionate about the mental health of their clients. They give people the option to incorporate their faith into their sessions but always approach situations with research-based practices, something that can be harder to find in other counseling centers. I highly recommend this practice to anyone who is looking for or even just considering therapy!

I am so grateful that I found my councilor here! She give fabulous feedback that has changed the way I look at issues. The breakthroughs just keep coming! Highly recommend!
