Ivy at Refine Counseling has helped me through an incredibly tough year. I am not sure I could have made it through without her service. I've seen many mental health professionals over the years and without a doubt, she is the most helpful, professional, and caring counselor of all. She is always incredibly engaged and has real actionable solutions that you can measure clearly. She meets you where you are at and does not ever display any signs that her focus is anywhere other than with you the patient during sessions.
