Jennifer took time to really listen to me. I’ve had issues with psychologists or therapists in the past brushing me off, but not Jenn. She is great at what she does and she has helped me with my depression and anxiety. I never leave reviews but I had to because she really made my life better. I highly recommend Jennifer Cochran. I was nervous about going to a new psychiatrist because the one I had previously wasn’t working for me. But from the moment I stepped into her office to the moment I left I was very pleased with the choice I made. She is very compassionate and cares about her patients. The main thing that caught my attention to her was the fact her website says she’s open minded and LGBTQ+ friendly. Her office is an judgement free zone which I really appreciated. She also took the time to listen to my concerns over myself without brushing them off. And the best part is she asked me what I was okay with medication wise rather than pushing anything on me. She also talked about how important coping skills are, which I’ve actually never had a psychiatrist talk to me about therapy or coping skills being so useful. All around my visit with Jennifer was amazing and I would definitely recommend her, especially if you have really severe anxiety or fears of being judged or brushed off.

I found Jennifer at a place in my life where I needed someone to truly listen to me and show empathy. Jennifer is an incredible listener, offers amazing and realistic advice. She has a gentle way of holding you accountable while simultaneously showing compassion. I feel very lucky to have come across her when I did. Every-time I meet with her no matter what is going on, I feel lighter and more confident after our sessions. Jennifer is also LGBTQ friendly and understanding of the challenges specific to our community.

Nurse Practitioner Jenn is AWESOME! She immediately put me right at ease and addressed my health concerns in a private, very down to Earth manner. NP Jenn is the kindest, warmest, most approachable and least judgmental person I have ever met. Most importantly, she is a very knowledgeable, thorough and engaged Nurse Practitioner. I felt heard and seen, never feeling that sense of being rushed that I’ve experienced with some other health professionals in the past. I can’t say enough good things about my experience with her!
