If I could give -10 I would. HORRIBLE experience. Referred by my child’s doctor. Scheduling was a nightmare. I filled out the paperwork they emailed and then hadn’t heard anything back after a week so called to confirm the appointment. It was confirmed then she asked to change it to later in the day which was only an hour later and got email confirmation. A couple hours later I got a confirmation of a different time but same day (this was day before appointment). Tried to call morning of appointment to check the time and no answer 3 times. Finally somebody answered and said my appointment was scheduled the next day. No. It was not. Managed to confirm it was that day. Finally got into building and he saw the therapist who was actually really nice. Explained the frustration with the front desk and she did not seem the slightest surprised. When discussing the reason for being there it was for a specific evaluation. Well the person that is certified to do this eval WAS NOT EVEN THERE. Even though that is what my appointment is specifically scheduled for (even in the email confirmation). Supposedly she would call me the next day. Over 2 WEEKS later I received a call. Explained the situation and frustrations and then was told they wouldn’t even be able to do the eval I needed. Then why did you bother scheduling me in the first place!?! Complete waste of time, money, and sanity. Do NOT go there!

BEWARE - Took my child here for therapy. Ends up the person who was the “therapist” was actually an INTERN. This was never disclosed to us. $200 per session for group therapy with an intern. 10 sessions and no feedback from anyone regarding how my child was doing until I had to send a strong email. In the email the intern referred to herself as the therapist. Then the intern would email all of the parents just before a group session starts using a regular CC. Not blind. Everyone was able to see everyone else’s email. Complete invasion of medical privacy. Now I’ve been trying to reach anyone at any of their offices and nobody will answer. They will not respond to emails. Instead I got a discharge letter!! Two days ago they wanted us to stay. I ask for a refund and they discharge my child and ignore all communication. Absolutely horrible experience. Very unprofessional. I now have to hire an attorney. Use this facility at your own risk.

No one answers the phone. Was assigned a therapist, changed to another therapist who gave me an appointment and never bothered to call. You will not get the help you need here.
