I am writing to express my profound disappointment regarding my recent experience at your therapy location with therapist Stephanie. I had high expectations as I extensively researched where to find a place that would meet my specific needs during this vulnerable stage of my life. Stephanie, whom I believed would be forthright in addressing my concerns, failed to deliver.

Not only did I bring my partner along to strengthen our relationship and address our individual challenges, but I also hoped to discuss my role as a parent. Unfortunately, the outcome was completely contrary to my expectations. Stephanie's handling of my situation left me extremely disheartened. Moreover, as she is not a mother herself, it appeared she struggled to empathize with the unique circumstances of being a single mother.

This unfortunate experience has left me dissatisfied both with the establishment and Stephanie's approach. I wish to express my discontent, as it is crucial for the management to be aware of such experiences to ensure improvement.
