Diagnose with a digestive issue and extreme low sodium and was discharged When the sodium levels were critical and the pain was incredible. Treated the symptoms, but did not care about the cause so once Home extreme agony continued. They could’ve seen me there and helped me get better soon sooner, but they refused to admit me.

DO NOT GO HERE! I have a severe wound and was referred to HCA wound care. There are two, one in Hudson and one in Trinity. I first chose Hudson, big mistake!! After 24 hrs no call back. I know it could not be put off so I called Trinity. They got me in the next day. The staff and doctor were amazing. 11 days into treatment the Hudson office called to see when they could get me in. Really, 11 days later!!! My PCP said if I had waited for them I would have possibly lost my leg or worse it could have turned into staff!!! And that could mean death!!!!! The drive is nothing when it's life or death.

Raylene and Dr. Patel were amazing!! The staff went far and beyond to assist my husband who had a chemical burn. They were amazing the second he walked in the door and did an amazing job taking care of his wounds. I would highly recommend their center!

Called to ask how much they charged for a basic consultation to an ulcer on my ankle looked at . The front desk lady said she was new and didn’t know ? like really? that should be basic knowledge for you if you work the front desk and work with new clients. She said she would ask someone and call me right back. Never heard back from anyone! There’s another lost client. annoying !

I've been getting treatment here for over a year. The facility is staffed with great doctors and wonderful nurses. On the medical end, they have done everything to help me heal from a surgery. On the personal end, they have treated me and my son who assist me like family. When I first came to them, I was scared and uncertain as to what was going to happen. They did everything possible to set me at ease, let me know what was expected of me and show me a plan for my recovery. My healing was complicated but it's close to complete now thanks to these wonderful people.

Dr Cohen seems to be 300% more knowledgeable about some of my medical issues then my primary Doctor. I have had years of swelling that has gone undiagnosed. It was a pleasure to have met Dr. Cohen and I was even more so grateful that he was sharing his knowledge with resident Dr.'s in training. I learned more from him in 15 minutes than in my 8 years of suffering! Every one here is awesome and so pleasant! I wish all Doctors kept up and continued to learn more and kept up with all of the newest medical information and findings. I feel I am in SAFE hands here at Regional Medical Center of Bayonet Point wound care center!

Would not give me a so much as a bandaid for home wound progressively worse over 4 months ulser looked so bad that I went to another dr who sent me directly to the emergency room for amputation treatment should have been amended after no improvement the doctor blamed me for the down turn in condition they were so worried about getting paid when insurance declined approval of new procedure feel their inaction was the direct cause for my tamputation .I wouldn't recommend treatment there if you only have Medicaid they put money ahead of you I had high hopes but they really dropped the ball
