Our 5 year son has been with regional for 3 years and cannot express the growth in a single review the we have witnessed. The staff have been extraordinary, always willing to be flexible with the schedule, always pleasant and patient. We wouldn't use anybody else for our sons therapy needs!

This company comes and does free evaluations of children at my son’s daycare. When the daycare staff asked if I would like an evaluation, I agreed. The day came when the screener would observe my child and make notes of anything that might be of concern. I came to pick up my son that day after work, and the screener was waiting there to speak with me. I sat down at a small table and the lady told me that my son wasn’t developing like the rest of the children his age and proceeded to go through all the things he was “slow” at. My heart broke and I sat there holding back a flood of tears that I would eventually cry in my car (you never want anything to be wrong with your child). She then told me that he needs to start therapy immediately so he could catch up, then rushed me through a bunch of paperwork, and insurance information. I was made to feel like if I didn’t sign up that my son would have a disadvantage amongst his peers. I got to my car and couldn’t even leave the parking lot I was so shattered asking my myself where I went wrong or if my son was okay. I received a call a few days later saying they couldn’t bill my insurance because I needed a referral from my sons pediatrician, I took my son in for his regular well-child appointment and the Doctor told me he was right on track and doing great I even asked about his cognitive development and that was normal as well. It made me feel so much better. Since then, I have received two pretty pushy phone calls from this company urging me to ask my doctor to reconsider signing off on a referral so that my son can start therapy. I don’t appreciate this business’ practices. I have asked that they stop calling, because it’s pretty upsetting for someone to tell you over and over that there is something “developmentally” wrong with your son just to have an ACTUAL DOCTOR tell me otherwise. Some of these reviews seem like people that work at the company, I wanted to share my honest experience. I can’t speak of their actual therapy, but I can say.. GET A SECOND OPINION.

Something I highly admire about RTS is their choice of therapist they hire. They are trustworthy, accomplished, and really care about the kids!

RTS' Christian beliefs is what initially drew me to their services. And their attention to detail is what has kept me on their list.
