I’ve been to several different rehabilitations for various reasons throughout the years. When I got sent to this rehabilitation center; my expectations were not very high. I figured I would be stiff and hurt more. When meeting Damon and Jennifer; they were very professional and welcoming. After my first session with Damon, I knew he was going to get me better. After my first 6 weeks of 2 times/week, Damon mentioned there’s more improvement to be had. We scheduled out until my follow up with my Dr and I feel I have made so much more progress. Damon and his team are excellent. They listen to you and make decisions off what they hear and understand. They aren’t going to have you do something that is going to hurt you further. Great group and if I ever had to do PT again, I would want Damon and his crew.

I couldn’t take it anymore. The pain in my neck and shoulders from a physically active work and lifestyle was preventing me from doing what I love.

A friend referred me to see Kaitlyn at Rehabfirst. I was reluctant to make an appointment but so glad I did. Within seconds of the first call I was speaking to Linda at the front desk who took my insurance info and did the work for me. 30 minutes later she called back with info on what my insurance covered.

It was apparent at my first visit with Kaitlyn that she’s passionate about what she does. No cookie cutter plans or exercises here. Every minute was a specific to what I needed.

Seven visits later I went from chronic shoulder and neck pain to 90% back to normal. With customized stretch exercises I’ll be 100% in no time.

The passion and friendliness at Rehabfirst is exceptional. Great business ran by people doing what they love.

I have gone to several different rehabilitation centers and they haven't made the effort to help you learn to exercise your injuries. Whether it's because of surgeries or broken bones. REHAB 1ST IS REALLY GREAT! Damein works you one on one and sincerely wants to help you heal and get well. Jennifer the assistant and Damein are very nice and pleasant from the moment you walk in.
If you want to heal , REHAB 1St is where you should come.

Finding a knowledgeable, personable and empathetic PT is hard and I’m always hesitant to try someone new. I was referred to Andy by a friend when I first moved to the area and man am I glad I made an appointment. I don’t think I could have had a better first impression, the facility was neat and clean, staff was friendly and welcoming and the knowledge/professionalism really showed! Andy knew exactly where to start with my hips and lower back to get me back on track! Highly recommend!
