Anita is fantastic. She gives her undivided attention. Is very understanding and really helps get to the deeper route of our pain. Especially when you don't even realize it's child hood trauma that is being brought out. Thank you for all that you do! Really is the best!

I wasn't sure if ART was for me, because I couldn't think of a specific tramatic event that I continued to relive and needed relief from. I scheduled the appointment because there is an area of my life where I feel stuck and despite the focused work I've done to get unstuck, it wasn't happening.
Knowing this, Anita guided me with questions to help me get to the root of the issue and using ART, I was able to erase and rewrite parts of my story to heal confusion and past pain.
I was surprised with the events that surfaced during our session AND how quickly I could look at them with compassion and understanding and feel relief.
