The "staff" was excellent. Friendly and professional. They care about their clients and do their best. However, they've had 2 mass exodus by clinical personnel in the last 6 months.
This says something significant about the work environment. And raises questions about adequate staffing by qualified clinicians.

When I first started going to this program, I had depression HPPD, I’ve been there for three months. I don’t know a lot about my depression and my HPPD it helped me a lot. I understand where my depression comes from and my triggers all the therapist in the Maria Client Relations Manager I really like to groups that we do. It helps me a lot even my therapist specially, she is very nice and Maria is the best.

I loved the program when I first got in but I was paired with a therapist that didn't work with me at all. There was barely any communication. They hate when you talk to other people outside of program which just feels weird. There was so much drama with housing being removed and billing problems. I just had to get out. If you’re looking for a place that will help you, i promise it’s NOT here.

Great people. Great place for help with different need . I finally feel like I'm on the right path to fix my manic depression. I highly recommend. And they will provide you a ride of transportation is an issue for you.

I had such a great experience at renewed light. The treatment team and staff were great. I want to thank the program for being the best I ever worked with it. They don’t treat people as an addict or a patient, but as an actual human being who deserved a chance at recovery. They actually sit and listen to help people find the core reasoning to their issues and help them work on them.

Renewed Light saved my mental health. The day I called I was a distraught mess, I spoke with Rilwane and he got me in about the next day. Group therapy is amazing and has psycho-education. There is pet therapy and art therapy. If you can't do days, night group is available too. I don't know what I would have done without all the wonderful people there. I'm currently still in the program and it has helped so much. Thank you Renewed Light.

There was a turnover of employees during my time with Renewed Light, but I did make huge steps in my recovery here. I am forever grateful for the experience, the employees and friends I made along the way. Truly life changing , I highly recommend Renewed Light.

The program was pretty decent and they have good therapists, but the housing program was a total mess and no one seemed to really care about the quality of it. Feels like you're just living in a messy frat house and there's absolutely no leadership or accountability. They say they buy your food, but they have a limit for the house and don't know how to prioritize what you ask for, and you're often left scavaging by the end of the week. People also eat food that's clearly labeled as yours all the time and the housing staff does nothing about it. The house was a mess. There's often no techs around to dispense your meds when you need them. If I was giving someone a recommendation for a mental health facility and they needed housing, I would tell them to stay away from this place because the housing is not worth the program
