I absolutely love my therapist! That's why this a two start rating. But when talking to the office ladies about payment that I owed, they told me I was being avoidant and wasnt answering phone calls that I wasn't receiving. I was the one to have called them to discuss the matter, not the other way around. They told me I was unwilling to talk about the situation (again i initiated this conversation) and that copays are due when I walk in. This i am aware of, however to have the supervisor call me rude when her employees are not asking to collect a copay is absolutely absurd. How am I to pay something if I am not giving the option? Instead of talking to me while I'm in the office every week, they randomly chose times to charge my card without my approval, often leaving without money when I need it most. The therapist are great here! I love Mrs. Taylor, however if you can, I would reccomend online, and make it clear that they do NOT have the authority to run your card without permission.

Doug the owner was very fair in dealing with my billing issues. If you start to have problems with Zoey go directly to him. He is fair and honest!

Of all the places I have been to seek the help I need, this place has by far made me feel like I meant something. The atmosphere itself is welcoming and has really been a great help. Thank Y'all for all you do. Jesus loves all.
