Exceptional service and eternally grateful. I had a difficult time finding a PT after a skiing accident. Rick graciously took me as a client and I am so grateful. He helped me to make strides and started me on the absolute best PT program. He is extremely professional, personable and always made me feel like I was achieving the next level. I’ve been to a few physical therapy centers in the past. And do to a recent left foot and left ankle injury. My doctor referred me to Rick Haupt Physical Therapy. I tell ya, it’s definitely the best referral decision ever made. The staff there are so awesome to be around. They treat you like family. I highly recommend seeing Vicky. She’s a top notch physical therapist. And I kid you not, if you like sports. She will definitely show you up on the knowledge of many, especially college football.

Be aware that if your insurance carrier has a specific copay, like $20, for Physical Therapy visits, it will probably not apply to this provider. After accepting our copay for 10 visits for my wife after knee surgery, we learned too late that they bill our insurance, Blue Cross Blue Shield, as if they are a facility, such as a surgery center, and not like a physical therapist. So the $20 copay for PT visits did not apply. That meant we had to meet our deductible first before our insurance would pay anything. And their staff onsite is obviously not aware of this as they happily took our copay. Their billing office was nice when I contacted them. But after asking, they said the owner was unwilling to help us find a compromise for this issue.
The treatment you receive is quite good there. But not good enough to pay 8 times the amount of our copay as they billed us a total of $160 per visit, not our $20 copay. There are many other choices for PT in the area.
In short, good therapy there but going here might cost you a lot more than you should pay IF you have an insurance plan with a copay for physical therapy. So just be aware.

Rick and his team are incredible!!!
Although this is my first experience with any sort of physical therapy I cannot imagine going anywhere else. Everyone is friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend Rick Haupt Therapy.
