Rise Healing Center is a wonderful practice that works with teens, adults and couples that are struggling with overcoming trauma and complex trauma. All of the therapists there are trained in EMDR, an evidence based practice that is great for ptsd, anxiety and depression. Some of the therapists do ego state work as well, which is helpful for gaining self awareness and emotion regulation. They also have in person and virtual options for seeing your therapist. I highly recommend Rise Healing Center for your therapeutic needs!

Rise Healing Center as a whole is highly skilled at working with trauma, anxiety, PTSD, perfectionism, and people-pleasing through utilizing deeply healing approaches like EMDR, parts work, and attachment and mindfulness practices.
