I came to see Dr. Emily in extreme pain from 3 bulging disc in my lower back. I was having severe sciatic pain and numbness down my left leg. Dr. Emily was sweet, caring and patient. It was a slow recovery but she she got me back to zero pain in about 6 weeks and then spent a few more weeks getting my back strength and ab strength. She was amazing.

I’ve been coming here to Rise Therapy about 5 weeks. I LOVE IT! From checking in with Lucero, always bright & friendly, to my therapist, Emily- to Nick & Connie, the other therapists! It’s got a positive vibe when you walk in! My therapy with Emily has been great! She really watches how you do the exercises to make sure you’re doing them correctly. She wants you to get ALL the benefits from your efforts!
I’m kind of a hot-mess, so the last 3 years, I’ve required the help of several
therapists.
When my insurance switched from home therapy to out-patient therapy, I needed help to find a good therapy facility. My current therapist had a list, as well as my surgeon’s office.
I ALWAYS read the reviews to see what other patients have to say. I looked at Rise. All of the reviews were from pretty happy people! So I called to make an appointment with Lucero & she worked with my schedule perfectly!
She asked me if I preferred a male or female therapist & I told her whoever has an opening! Emily had an opening
the following day, so Emily is my therapist & I couldn’t be happier!
On a scale of 1 to 10, I’d give them
a 10.5!
This is the Place! You’ll like it here!

I moved recently from the Bay area to Escondido, and needed immediate PT help for my frozen shoulder. I found RISE PT through YELP and was glad to see they have a location in Escondido. I have been getting treated by the awesome PT Nick for about 3 months now. My shoulder pain is gone and functionality is
about 85% restored. This is nothing short of miraculous IMHO. Nick is amazing with what he does. I do not even realize when the time pass by(about an hour), while Nick is working hard at making me work on the impacted muscles. I am now starting treatment for my sciatica pain, and can’t wait to be rid of this pain too. Thanks Nick for the awesome treatment and the healing touch that you seem to possess.

This is an awesome PT office. Clean, laid back, professional. No one really ever looks forward to physical therapy, but I never left unhappy with the services I needed to get back to work. Nick and Lucero seem to make a great team!

My doctor referred me to RISE Physical Therapy and I was lucky enough to be assigned to Nick Eckman, PT in Escondido. After the initial assessment I was given a plan of care that addressed all my issues. He has been very sensitive to my situation and by using various modalities he has helped me with stabilization and strengthening. I would highly recommend Mr. Eckman. He is a very bright, knowledgeable and caring professional.

I have been working with Ross Edmunds for a little over a month after having really bad calve pain from CrossFit. I cannot thank Ross enough for how much better I feel. I am getting back into doing double unders and jumping movements all while being pain free after the workout. Thank you is an understatement for how grateful I am.
