Rising STARS Preschool -

We love Rising Stars Preschool and Sharnet! My son attended for 3 years from 2.5 to 5.5 years old. The curriculum had him more than ready for Kindergarten! He excelled immediately in Kinder, all thanks for Sharnet and Rising Stars. He created some amazing memories there and still remembers to this day as he is about to enter 6th grade! Communication is always on point. Sharnet will always do what is best for the kids. In reading the negative reviews, keep in mind this is also a business. There are policies and procedures in place to protect the children and support the preschool. We never had any issues or negative experiences. All in all I highly recommend Rising Stars Preschool!

My daughter attended RISING Stars Preschool for nearly 3 years (2.5 to 5.5yrs old). I brought her there because I had taught her her ABC's, how to count to 10, her colors and how to write her name. I had no idea what to teach her next. ? Fast-forward 3 years, she knew most of her sight words, learned how to play with other kids, mastered scissors, colored inside the lines, and so much more. My now 8 year old fondly recalls her time there as: "She's really nice (Ms Sharnet). And there's a lot of play time (aka learning through play!). Other reviews have mentioned policies in a negative way. Yes, there are rules just like any other business, like any other child care provider. These policies are in place to protect the kids and be respectful of everyone's time. I didn't think it was that hard to follow the rules, have great communication, and be respectful.

Our daughter has attended Rising Stars for the last 2 and a half years. It has been the absolute best experience for our child and family. Sharnet is so supportive of each child individually and really understands their individual needs. She has been accommodating to every need that our family has had. Our daughter doesn’t even want to come home some days because she is having so much fun. I would highly recommend to any parent looking for trustworthy and reliable child care.

Our son has thrived. He has been a student for over a year and his growth , development and confidence has been great. He is an only child and the right socialization atmosphere was imperative to us for when he starts kindergarten. Each night when he gets home there is no less than a 20 minunte conversarion on what he did each day and who he played with . He wakes up most mornings excited to go back and play with his friends. The care, communication and partnership from the teachers is invaluable. Projects are brought home a few days week. We are very fortunate we found Rising Stars Preschool vs. one of the day care factories on every corner as we feel our son will be greatly prepared for his next steps. You will not be disappointed.

Our son has just started to attend Rising Stars and we couldn't be happier! He originally attended Tutor Time and was very unsettled. He has been coming home from Rising Stars with art work and projects and the structure and routine they have is great and organized!

My 5 year old son loved rising stars. He asks about Ms. Sharnett to this day!

Just in reply to her message, I also showed her the appointment confirmation message and there were not any language barrier at all!! I can understand walk-in is not in policy but I DID schedule the appointment with her! Anyways, the behavior was also inappropriate!

Horrible experience read your contract.. Your not “allowed” to go to the grocery store after work, more importantly communication and I thought I loved her at first very rude, beware and make sure you listen to your child and pay attention to how they react/ interactions. I wanted to love it so much !
