Cindy Harper showed up 10 minutes to a telehealth appointment only to tell me they didn't have the proper info to complete the scheduled appt. They already had my insurance and contact info and could have told me they needed more info to complete the session prior to the session, or they could have completed the session on the contingency of me submitting the info. This company may be a decent company, but they are way behind the times in customer service and technology. 1 star is the minimum required. Way to fail the client Riverside!
