They're okay. As long as you're persistent by not only letting but actually SHOWING them that you need help they usually will guide you in actually helping you to getting the kinds of help you need.

They're pretty much terrible about hiring competent receptionists as they're not very good at answering phone calls.

Don’t even bother trying to get help here. I’ve been trying to see Dr. Sawicky for three months now. The first time they put my phone number down completely wrong and I missed my appointment. The second time they didn’t even bother to call me. It took me six weeks to get another appointment. Everyone in the office is completely unhelpful. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME.

Absolutely horrid. They’re supposed to help people with their mental health but they’ve rescheduled every single appointment I’ve made for the last 6 months. Ridiculous.

Whatever you do, please do not get Jessica Villarreal as your therapist. Completely unprofessional and condescending. She made my daughter feel horrible about herself and misdiagnosed her, she passed on that information to the psychiatrist and was shocked by her notes and thoughts because nothing matched with what my daughter was going through mentally, he did his own evaluation and the outcome was completely different. She cancels appointments, avoids calls, and just makes patients feel invalid. My daughter would come home feeling worse about her therapy sessions.
This is just the tip of the iceberg as to what she’s done. I don’t know how someone this unprofessional is still in practice.
Please look into a right fit for your child!

They listened to me and gave me hope in the situation I was in. I can honestly say they care about your whole well being. I feel scammed.
I came here looking for help and got drugged and misdiagnosed.
They didn't even listen or care. I was hopeful after my initial assesment, but then it took a month just to do the same exact thing.
the student of some sort they had do my second assesment was completely unprofessional and made me feel shameful of the answers i gave her.
And then it took another month just to see a phychatrist.
She did not listen to me or care, which can obviously cause serious saftey risks to any loved ones you have going through any kind of mental stress.
please, if you have anything severe don't go here.
I fear for the lives of their patients from what i've experienced here.
