Do not go if you have a special needs child with a lot of tantrums. Counselor told us we can’t have “her (my daughter) screaming like this in here” that’ll it’ll take up too much time. I advised her we are here to get my daughter the help she needs to help with these tantrums so we’ll find somewhere else to do the evaluation. I canceled all my appointments because why would I got back to a place that can’t handle my child’s conditions I’d much rather go somewhere elsewhere even if it’s an hour long drive and with people who aren’t so rude to their special needs patients conditions.

I’ve had trouble getting help with my mental health…… I had a mental health crisis and had to do a same day cancellation… they weren’t understanding and wanted a 55$ cancellation fee… their appointment availability is already awful… surely their business will close down sooner than later with their lack of understanding and compassion along with lack of appointment availability… thankfully, I’m working with voc rehab as of last month and they will be doing my psychological evaluation so I won’t be going back to Robinson Kyle… the
Lady doing my testing was very excellent… but the office staff isn’t the greatest… still going to give 3 stars because at least the lady doing my testing was nice and good… but I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone 🙈🤎…

I arrived for my appointment on 7/9/24 on time at the East Gary Road office only to be told the counselor was at the office in 7th Street. I spoke with the front desk and told them that I spoke to the counselor on 7/6/24 and confirmed the appointment was at the Gary Road office. She told me I needed to go to the 7th street office to see the counselor and when I told to cancel my appointment and that I wasn't going to 7th street she just stood there and looked at me. I explained to her that this was very unprofessional and she said the counselor was in a session but I could wait for her to come to Gary Rd. I read all the reviews before I went and gave them the benefit of the doubt but now I can confirm every negative review is more than likely true. If I could give zero stars I would.

Do not take your children to this office to be evaluated if your child’s needs are urgent. I have been waiting for months to receive my evaluation, which was completed four months after she was seen, and I never received a call in regards to the results being completed I kept on calling over and over again, finally requesting to speak to Mr. Robinson, which he did get his counselor Ms. Lopez to submit the information to where it was provided to me however the evaluation was not completed in full and I am still waiting as of right now to receive the completed evaluation. I have called almost every day and told I will receive a call back or I will receive it in the mail. They had me drive up there one week to pick up the evaluation that should have been completed when it was once again the uncompleted evaluation. It has now been five months since her exam was completed and her school still has not received anything to be able to create her learning plan. This office does not care about your needs and they only want to receive payment however, do not want to do the job required behind it.

We had a great experience getting my daughter tested for learning disability. The office was nice and got us in quickly. The psychological tester was excellent, broke up her testing into 3 sessions since it was for ADHD and therefore concentrating is difficult for extended time. We got the paperwork requested quickly. I have referred many people.

My grandson has been going there. The office is great. Never had issue! Ms. Koral is so good with him. Always professional

Starting testing in October, we had our last appointment in January STILL no results and the last time I went in there to find out if they were ready because no one ever answers the phone or returns calls they informed me that they were having a problem billing insurance and that they would give my sons results if I paid them, so I asked so they are ready Still pending... It has been well over 4 months with no answers and days and hours of wasted time! I am in process of reporting this office to several different agencies. I believe they are running a scam business

Overall the office needs a MAJOR update. The office looks like it came directly from the 80’s-90’s.

I would not suggest doing ADHD testing from this office as they are completely so everything via paper. Meanwhile I have had friends who had testing done and it was completed digitally. I would suggest “shopping” around before choosing this office. I also was promised that I would my results by a certain date as I had an appointment with my psychiatrist and told they would be available to me, after calling daily, on day four after I was promised, I called again and asked to speak with the supervisor who said give me until Monday to get me the results. He did deliver on his word, but I am VERY upset with place. If I had known they were going to be late with the results, I would have went someplace else. I explained to them on my VERY first visit and they continued to say I would have them.

Absolutely upsetting. Also they don’t know how to answer the phone, a lot of times I called I had to call several times before getting answer. The one day I called 6 times before actually getting someone to pick up. In their voicemail message they say to send an email to them. Meanwhile I emailed roughly 30 days and still yet a response. Not very professional, if you ask me.
