Went to the Christmas program (2017) to see my granddaughter perform and I can't tell you how great it was! These kids and this school are so blessed to have Mr. Manning!! They all did a great job and our family especially enjoyed the ending with Charlie Brown and Linus telling us the true meaning of Christmas. All the music was wonderful but the last few songs really rocked! Thank you, Mr. Manning, (and all of the staff) for all your hard work and especially for loving our kids so much!

Rock Crusher Elementary has a fast paced program that is hard for students to keep up with. "It's Florida standards, but we have to teach what they tell us," she said. The principal went out of her way to help my son with his writing skills. Other than that, he has had trouble with math and bullying from not just students, but TEACHERS and ADMINISTRATION as well. His current teacher calls him other than his name and now has the class making fun of him every day. A student stabbed my son with a popcycle stick and broke it in my son's back and NOTHING WAS DONE. The student was not reprimanded and my son got in trouble instead. Another kid and that kid's friend pushed my son and teachers and administrators neglected to admit that my son was NOT the problem. Instead, they blamed my son, who got ISS for something he didn't do. After all this, I have contacted the CCSB and was directed to speak with the principal, who told me, "we only put deserving kids in ISS." She refused any explanation or help and told me she'd believe her teacher WHO ADMITTED TO KNOWING ABOUT THE PROBLEMS. Truth be told, this school needs to be reported. I know my son can't be the only one with these problems. Bullying is a huge concern here, especially when the staff is part of the problem.
