Lisa Rowe at Rooted Therapies is one of the best therapists I have been to. As someone who has been against therapy most of their life I highly suggest taking a session with Pete, he doesn’t push you into things you’re not comfortable with and works with you at your pace. He has a great outside perspective to my problems and keeps it blunt which I prefer, he’s there to truly help. I’d recommend anyone to him for a first session in therapy
