Prior to coming to Rose Serenity, I was at another practice with another provider who I liked very much but could not connect with completely simply because he couldn't identify or sympathize with what it was to be a black Caribbean queer woman.

Immediate when I started here with Mrs. Guerline, I had felt a breathe of life enter me because I finally felt heard, seen, and believed. After struggling to find a therapist after going to 2 different people, it feel good to know that I finally found someone who could truly understand me and my mental processes. Easy to establish a patient client relationship and able to communicate in my own way where it is understandable.
