I must say that I was so happy to see my grandmother after 25 years that I didn't pay close attention to anything away from her immediate surroundings except for the strong urine smell right before you get to her room. I assumed that there was a mess to clean up, and ignored it to the best of my ability. The staff was very friendly to me and to my grandmother as I arrived right before lunch. And the food looked and smelled good. Her room was spacious enough and clean. So thank you for caring for my loved one.

Hi, my name is Charita Dorsey. I’ve been here at the Royal suites in Galloway as a patient for week and a half for physical therapy and occupational therapy the ladies there were a lot of fun and very kind and pleasant to work with great Job.
Because of your department and everyone working with me, I feel strengthened in the areas that I came to be strengthened in. Thank you again.Mae, Samantha,Andrea,Mary Kate,and Gabbi 😊This facility is beautiful. It’s very nice inside. I just wanted to share my experience. The Activity Department was Excellent 😊 I had a great time , Thank you Deanna’Karaoke and Dorothy‘s bingo😊

Royal Suites had a secure entrance, looked extremely clean and welcoming with well lit halls and easy elevator access. The staff was very helpful and kind, helping us with any of our needs in preparation for our mother’s arrival to the facility. Thank you!

What A great place my mom was there for about four weeks. when she got there, she was unstable and was not able to walk the team that Royal sweets treated her like a queen you couldn’t ask for a better place to put your loved one The entertainment, the food and the staff I have to tell you it was outstanding. my mom had lots of friends that she made when she was there and everyone was always happy. Hi lights- My Mom was there for two and a half months. The first time I saw her smile was when Deanna Johnson in the activities / recreation department engaged with the patients while singing. She is a true stand out and an asset as the patients were always asking for her. Jerry in the same department is very caring and animated and the patients looked forward to seeing him as well. The PT staff were engaged and worked diligently with my Mom.
Nursing staff- Andrea and AJ on the 2 nd floor were very hands on and caring with my Mom.
Facility is very clean

Royal Suites Rehabilitation has been a great experience for my Mom as she recovers from her broken hip surgery. Everyone has been supportive, kind, helpful and very professional in their care for Mom and in working with our family to help Mom get better.

Mom has been at Royal Rehab over a week and she has made great progress with PT, OT, and ST nearly every day. Mom’s Room and the Community Dining Room are spacious and very well maintained.

Everyone I met from the lady at the front desk were very kind, helpful & gracious My first visit as I learned a workmate from 50 years ago was a resident All of the residents I met were cheerful & seemed very content with their surroundings. I also noticed how clean everything was. If sadly you end up in a facility due to age & health issues this certainly seems to be one of the better and well run facilities
