Medical qigong with Zen is a great class for people who wants to learn how to unblock all the negative feelings that you've been holding on to for a long time, coming back to your natural self, refreshing your soul, and then helping people to heal themselves naturally.
Zen is by far one of the most compassionate and knowledgeable teachers I have ever known. She is not just guiding us through the practice but also putting a great effort into explaining the confusing terms so that we can have a deep understanding of what we are doing. She is also an acupuncturist, Tibetan yoga instructor so I can say for sure that she is professional in energy and spiritual healing.
One of the things I like about her class is that I always come home with a peaceful vibe and refreshing mind thanks to those qigong movements, meditations guided by Zen's sweet and soothing voice.

I feel so fortunate to have found Zen and Sacred Path Medicine. I wasn't very familiar with Qi Gong, let alone Medical Qi Gong. It has turned out to be an invaluable program, personally life changing in fact.
The speed of self growth in the program was an unexpected surprise.

Zen's years of expertise delivers a strong foundation of Medical Qi Gong, Daoist theory, movements, on a deeper level. Most importantly for me, Zen has created a welcoming, trusting community with the goal of self-cultivation. No matter what one's goal is for the program, the self cultivation brings everyone together. I get excited to go to class, I haven't had that with classes in years! I think the PNW is lucky to have a program this special available.

At the time I took Zen’s Medical Qigong Practitioner course I was unable to work and experiencing a high level of suffering due to imbalances in my energy field as result of a psychic opening. I was confused about what I was experiencing and I felt very alone. Through the practice and implementation of what I learned in Zen’s class I have been able to go back to work, experience less physical pain, better understand my experience, trust myself at a deep level and develop hope for my future. I have been able to move into a space of more grounded harmony, joy and flow in my moment to moment experience. I am deeply grateful for the gift of her teaching, kindness, intuition and patience. I highly recommend her instruction to anyone who feels drawn to this coursework and subject matter.
