Great center. My child has been going here for 8 years (since he was three). Friends of mine went here when they were younger and recommended sending my child here. Love the teachers, especially the after-school program. My son has been able to go on so many cool field trips - the zoo, space center, medieval time, etc.

Very involved staff. Fairly new director & I’ve seen such positive changes. My kids ( after school & full time ) love going. Good balance of educational activities and free play. Meals/snacks included. After school transport from Eagle Lake or Pinecrest. Highly recommend!

STAY AWAY!!!! This place is by far the WORST daycare I've ever come across. Apparently my son hit his head hard enough on a Friday that they put him on a concussion watch, however I wasn't notified of this until the following Monday when they tried handing me an accident report. What kind of place sends a kid home on a concussion watch and doesn't tell the parents that day!! I should have been called right away when it happened if it was bad enough for a concussion watch. Then when I refused to sign it and asked what kind of daycare they are running here they said my son was no longer allowed to come there anymore. Not to mention he came home almost daily with new bumps, scratches, bite marks, bruises etc. i know kids play hard it just seemed a little excessive is all. If your child is still in diapers they don't change them as they should. You can just tell most of the employees that work there are just mean and neglectful to the kids. Don't ever send your kids to this place.

I took my 23 month old daughter and my four year old son to this daycare because we believed that this was a great Christian daycare. My 23 month old did not eat all day her first day there. She was there for 10 hours. They said they changed her diaper on several occasions, but the box we brought was never opened. My 23 month old drank 2 full bottles, one apple and a banana within an hour after picking her up. My problem is they lied about what she ate and about the diaper changes. She was soaked from her pee when I picked her up. My son stayed there for about a week. I went to get him Wednesday evening and he was outside. I called him four times and he was not responding. He looked confused and would not respond to questions. He is usually a big talker. I put him in my car and his eyes we rolling into the back of his head. I kept asking him if he was ok. No response. I met up with my wife. All he said to his mommy was my head hurts. She put him in her car. He started falling asleep. My wife tried to get his attention not responding. He started vomiting and his skin felt clammy. I took him to the emergency room and the doctors ran test, he had a CT scan and X-Rays taken. The doctors informed me that my son suffered from a concussion. The daycare never informed me of an incident or any type of injury that happened. They claim they did not notice odd behavior. They stated that nothing was seen and therefore nothing was reported. I did not get a phone call or anything. Something happened to him while in the care of Safe and Sound staff and no one knows anything. Neglect and ignorance does not begin to describe the worthlessness of this facility. I recommend staying away from this place. I have to handle this matter legally. The teacher was rude and disrespectful to me as a parent. This place is a joke and Very Unsafe for a child. I pulled my son out after the incident and will go through every means necessary to make sure this place is not neglecting children. I am filling a report. Stay Away from this place. The name of this facility should be Unsafe and No One Around.

Sign my son up for before and after school and he loves it. I never had an issue until recently when we were charged even when there was no school. Why should you pay if ur child isnt even there? Picked my son up yesterday and he said he was outside playing and he wanted a drink the guy was handing out and he said its for the kids who are there all day?!

I have two twins they're two and a half years old the girls absolutely love this daycare the staff is very nice and polite on top of everything I am so happy that I found this daycare.

Was nervous to take son to daycare but the staff made it an easy transition, everyone there has been nice friendly and would definitely recommend it.
