It was October of 2022 I decided I needed help. I had lost my mom at the beginning of year and for me this kind of grief was extremely hard to process. Thankfully, on my search for a therapist I discovered Safe Space to Struggle Counseling and Consultation Services. I can truly say this is my safe space.
