We waited over 3 months for this appointment. We have been struggling with our son’s behavior for months and we’re really looking forward to getting some answers. Our appointment was after office hours at 5:00 and we called at 4:30 to let them know we were on the way. We arrived exactly on time. There was nobody at the desk to greet us, but they had a sign that said if we arrived after 5:00 to take a seat and someone would be with us shortly. We sat in the waiting room for an hour or so, we saw one employees poke their head out the door but she didn’t say anything to us. We waited another 30 minutes before I decided to walk back into the back hallway and start looking for someone to talk to… all the offices were completely empty and it was obvious everyone had gone home for the day. We wasted not just 1 hr 30 min in the waiting room, but also my wife and I each lost 2 hours of work because we had to leave early to get down to downtown St. Pete in time for the appointment! Unbelievable. I left a note and am very dissatisfied with the professionalism of this office.

Dr. Borgas was so professional and helpful while going through the assessment process with my son. He utilized multiple assessments to help us understand the issues we have been experiencing, which made me more comfortable with such an unknown area. I would definitely recommend him for testing to anyone wanting answers. I also was originally told by multiple people that getting this type of appointment would take 3-5 months and possibly waitlists, but I was able to be seen within less than a month from when I initially called. The entire time up to completion could not have gone smoother. That is also including the summer months being an additional time factor. I am very happy that I chose Saible, and especially with the doctor that we ended up working with there. He was really great with my son, and you can tell he is very passionate about what he does.

This was my first time going to a neuropsychologist, and I had a very professional and friendly experience here for my appointment. Dr. Dede was caring and listened intently despite my anxiety going in to be tested. They were patient even at times when I was being too slow. Highly recommend!

Once I was able to get in, the doctor was wonderful, but the number of hoops you have to jump through to get there is amazing. The front office staff has some trouble with communications. It took about 4 times calling to even set up an appointment, as the staff initially took a while to get back to me, then gave me incorrect information about provider referrals. (Additionally, none of the receptionists I spoke to were very friendly. I believe it was two or three, but I felt uncomfortable after every phone call). Once I finally set up my appointment, I never received an email with instructions as anticipated because they spelled my email wrong. They left me a message the morning of to call back to get them the correct email so I could start filling out paperwork. It happens. So I called them back and they said it’s no problem, just show up early to do the paperwork then. So by the time I reach the office, it’s about 45 minutes before my appointment (after it took me about 20 minutes to figure out parking and how to get to the office, because the office is located in a corporate building and I received no instructions on how to get there; I didn’t even know if I was going to the right place because they occupy two suites in the building and I wasn’t told where I was supposed to go). The front desk was empty when I arrived 45 minutes prior to my appointment. After waiting about 30 minutes with no one coming to help, I eventually asked one of the doctors if the receptionist was around. They said that the receptionist was at lunch, and would be back at my appointment time. So as my appointment started, and I had been in the waiting room for almost an hour, I had to spend another half hour filling out my paperwork that they never sent me, and the doctor kept coming out to take the papers I had completed because I was so far behind. It was astounding to me how difficult the process was. Again, once I saw Dr. Spagna, everything went smoothly (she was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable) but the front desk staff had a great deal of trouble giving and receiving information and seemingly communicating with each other. I was incredibly disappointed with the overall experience.

I cant thank enough to Dr Kenny Borgas. I have a 6 year old boy who I was desperate to know what condition he had. After having searched for a neuropsychologist for a long time I finally found Dr Borgas. I took my child to him and from the first moment he spoke to me he gave me a lot of confidence and I knew that I had finally reached the right person. On the first appointment we had with him, my son was with him for about an hour and a half. Dr Borgas made this process very enjoyable and my son even enjoyed it. Then we had a final appointment and when my son found out that we were going to see the Dr Borgas he was super happy. When the doctor sent me my son's diagnosis, I was very happy because I finally know what my son has and how I can help and treat him. The Dr called me and explained my son's entire diagnosis. He also informed me to please notify him of any changes that I noticed in him. Being that said, Dr Borgas is an excellent Dr. If you are looking for a good Neuropsychologist, Dr Borgas is your best option. He is an excellent Dr but above all an excellent human being. I recommend him 💯 . Thank you for everything Dr Borgas, I will be forever grateful to you

I am so happy I found this place !!
After searching online for what seemed to be an impossible task to have both of my children under the age of six seen by a neurologist I made a call and found this place. When I tell you the relief of them being able to accommodate my family for the first visits within a month of making the appointment put me at ease ! When everywhere else has insane waiting times… Upon arrival the receptionist was kind and Dr KENNY BORGAS was AWESOME ! I felt like he listened and understood everything that I was explaining under my children’s circumstances. He gave me exact dates for testing times and results and was right on time. He listened followed up and was extremely knowledgeable and caring . I would recommend anyone who needs care for their children friends or family members to take the time and go see Dr Kenny Borgas. I am beyond impressed and felt like the experience was top notch if I could give 6 stars I would. Thank you for all of your help!!!

I was able to book an appointment easily and always got a response to my questions in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend his services.
