There's no parking on site but there's a public parking across the street from them. The area is not the best , my car was stolen from the parking lot , I told the security guard and he said that his bike was stolen too they can't do much.
I would recommend this place if you have an urgency/ emergency and don't have time to wait for another agency. Everyone is very professional and they try their best, but is overcrowded

The staff here are very polite. My experience with Jaqueline and Yanira were great they are very honest and lovely to work with.
However, I had a rough time with case manager Michael Piñeda and this experience ruined my willingness to seek mental health services here. He did not take my case seriously, and talked to me in a patronizing and dismissive manner. The place seems very impacted as they stall a long time to even get me started with services here.
