Called with an issue I wanted resolve and I asked for help. The lady never called me back to schedule an appt.. She said I would receive a call back within 24 hours so she can set me up with an appointment, but no call back. Thanks for the help. I thought this would be a place you can call and go to when you need help instead nothing was done.
