Christine is very professional and knowledgeable.After having 8 kids I was experiencing a weak pelvic floor, leaky bladder, ,and painful sex.I honestly thought I was broken! However I’m not ! Everything I was experiencing is normal due to having children and going through hormonal changes .She makes you feel comfortable in your sessions not to mention they really work.Since doing therapy with her I see improvement ! Less leaky bladder and I can feel muscles I couldn’t feel before and most importantly painless sex.As a woman this subject is overlooked and ignored ! I been to many doctors and had things tucked back up however was still experiencing leaky bladder and pain. However , Christine’s therapy session has helped change my life ! Thank you ! I would recommend therapy for anyone that is experiencing pain,leaky bladder,and painful sex. Christine you really do make a difference in people’s life ! Therapy is working and helping me feel normal again !

I saw Christine a couple of months ago. As a 75 year old it has been decades since I gave birth 3 times and had a partial hysterectomy as a result of uterine cancer. I felt comfortable discussing POP (pelvic organ prolapse) with Christine as she was knowledgeable and professional. With her direction and advice I have experienced good improvement and don't feel any longer that I have to give up running altogether. Instead, I am hoping to work towards another 5k in the not so distant future.

I'm so very, very happy I came. I recently had my third baby, and had the same problems I've had all three times with pelvic instability and prolapse, and Christine helped, step by step, to work on the problems we found with each region and muscle group.
The recovery was profound and truly made me feel human again, and she always treated me with such care and kindness and professionalism. She's so good at what she does-- highly recommend!
Side note- yes, the office is in the main office area of the apartments! There's business space in there. Free coffee or hot chocolate, and it's never busy or crowded with people. Very lovely building, peaceful. Your time is respected, and everyone's happy to be there!

Christine was very informative and easy to talk to when I needed help during my pregnancy. She made me feel very comfortable and gave me great advice. I honestly don’t know how I would of gotten through my pregnancy without her! I 100% recommend!
