Sanjali Healing Arts is a MUST while visiting Sedona! I flew from Washington state to Arizona specifically to receive a sound therapy session with Valerie at Sanjali Healing Arts. I found Valerie 6 years ago online - her soundwave table is unique - and I finally made the trip. There are not many of these custom-made instruments in the country and you get to lay on this instrument and feel the resonance as she plays it. Both the tongue drum and the monochord that are built into this table create resonance that moves through the water of the cells of your body - it's like a massage for your cells.

The healing center is easy to find, located in the Hozho building with plenty of free parking. It's also beautiful in its simplicity, decorated in white and purple - my favorite spiritual color combination.

Valerie was friendly, great with communication, and even gave me suggestions on things to see while I was in town in the days leading up to my sound healing. She sat with me after my session to chat and gave me a few suggestions on what to do in town and who to see for other healing sessions. I needed a Sedona local to help guide me to the authentic experiences while I was in town and Valerie was so helpful.

During my session, she helped me set an intention, used essential oils (after asking), and led my session with an opening prayer with some time to ground and relax. She uses her intuition to help guide her on what instruments to pick up and use. I really like that each session is a little different for each person she helps. In addition to the monochord (absolutely amazing) and the tongue drum that are part of the sound wave bed, she used a variety of chimes and flutes, crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, kalimba, and I'm sure a few other things I didn't pick up on. She doesn't play every single instrument she has out, so it was not overwhelming, and it all melded together in beautiful, natural, organic tones. I was able to not only relax, but had different physical experiences with different instruments played - it was really cool.

I couldn't imagine going anywhere else for a sound healing in Sedona. Nowhere and nobody else could compare to Valerie and her soundwave table at Sanjali Healing Arts in Sedona. Worth flying 1,200+ miles!

Valerie and Daniel are not only gifted sound healers and coaches, but also create a beautiful, safe, caring and loving space that truly feels like home; which in turn makes it possible to be at ease, to let go and integrate whatever healing is needed. Valerie's sound journeys are the best I've ever experienced. Daniel's coachings and sound breathwork have such a heartfelt qualify that one can't help to feel the care he has for people.
They are amazing compassionate and caring people that have made a huge difference in my life.
