Sarah became my counselor in early spring 2024. I had a lot of childhood trauma, my husband was just diagnosed with cancer, and I was struggling to find my balance with being a mom, wife, and finding myself. God brought me to Sarah when I needed someone the most, who knew exactly what I was dealing with and could understand in at a deeper level that others just couldn't. Within 8 sessions, I finally felt whole and like my family could manage things together so much better than before. Realizing that therapy didn't have to be an independent struggle, but it was great to do with my husband. Just made things better for both of us. It was intimidating to think we were in marriage counseling, but that is not the type of environment she provided. She provided a loving boundary for us that helped us both with a deeper understanding of everything that each of us struggled to carry, and we worked through it all together. Which only made us stronger.
I am so grateful for her ability to guide my family through the trauma we had experienced and what we were experiencing at that time and continued to help us manage and navigate through the hardships together. She is truly an amazing person. Highly recommend.
