Sarah is the best therapist I've ever had. She is caring and smart. When in therapy I often feel like I am just talking with a friend who wants the best for me. She always seems to know when to leave you in silence to figure out the answers too her/your questions yourself. In my time there she has helped me with many coping mechanisms and dramatically improved my world/self outlook. She is amazing at giving you many options for tools and ways to reflect, and finding what works best. I highly recommend her for any level of mental help.

Sarah is by far the most thorough and attentive therapist I have ever had. She pays attention to your problems and in turn helps with her own personal experience and I feel like that is a great factor to play into therapy. I will probably never find a different therapist ever just because of how much I love her and how comfortable she always makes her patients feel.

Sara is an amazing counselor. My teenager, 14 years old, was struggling to adapt in life due to Covid; therefore, due to boredom she got herself into trouble. Sara has been a blessing in helping my daughter overcome her obstacles during this trying time. She’s even helped and educated my husband and I on how to effectively communicate with our daughter and vice-a-versa. I highly recommend Sara without hesitation, especially if you have a struggling teenager. Once we overcome all of this, my daughter will absolutely continue to meet with Sara to have an unbiased experienced professional person to talk with.
