Sherry is a very knowledgeable, creative therapist. Her clinical skills are unlimited. Well versed in many areas such as trauma, PTSD, mood disorders anxiety and depression. Personable, yet professional. She has a way of connecting and made me feel comfortable opening up. I felt completely heard by her. There were many things I appreciated about her skill and knowledge but for me, I went to understand and gain knowledge on how to change my behaviors and reactions to stressful events in my life.
