All staff from the Office manager, Krista the PT and Dr. Long were professional, very personable and very knowledgeable. They were all great!! Therapy was 1:1 with attention to details and patient goals. Work out Challenges were there to build effective results, providing me with greatly improved balance and leg strength. Krista is the "Balance Queen challenger"! and has given me a much more stable strong gait. Saylor has given me confidence and strength to return to more outdoor sports/activities that I have missed and provided me with a suggested plan for ongoing maintenance at home.
Facilities are clean, new, modern with up to date equipment.
If my knee needs replaced down the road, I will request Saylor for rehab!! For now, I will miss them all!!

I chose SAYLOR P.T. for recovery from an accident. They are just who they claim to be, and more. I was extremely pleased to have one full hour each visit, in a private consultation room, with the same therapist each visit. My therapist, Heather, had her Doctoral degree as well as advanced certification. She used amazingly effective body work. . It was an absolute blessing to walk away from each session with an increased sense of wholeness and healing. I began to feel better after the first hour. I have finished 15 sessions and now have a personalized home stretching program which continues to improve my functionality. I feel more robust, have better posture and muscle strength and store less tension. I give Saylor P. T. 5 Stars.

I was referred to Saylor PT by my doctor for hip and elbow pain and inflammation. Krista was amazing, she helped me so much and my pain and inflammation is at a minimal. Krista provided me the tools I needed so I can do the exercises and stretching at home, which I will be doing =) Thank you for helping me. I highly recommend Saylor Physical Therapy!

Saylor Physical Therapy put me back on the road to recovery following an lower back strain that made it hard to walk.

Dr. Kyler was informative during the bi-weekly check-ins, letting me know next steps and answering all questions concerning my recovery.

Krista Stahl is an excellent physical therapist pushing me to my thresholds, while also paying attention to my current pain levels and the office staff were friendly and professional all the time.

I recently had an accident and needed physical therapy. I've had PT before at other places but I've never received the one-on-one attention that this place gave me. They challenged me but everything was done with respect and caring. Krista was my therapist and Kyler did the monthly reviews of my condition. I was there for two months and really felt better physically, emotionally and mentally after my time there. My only regret is that I'm better now so I can't keep going!

Heater is the best therapist I ever had and I had Physical therapy since 2017. She is knowledgeable, understanding and caring. I like her so much that when she moved clinics I moved with her. I have brought my fiance to her as well when he broke his foot. She is amazing and has help me a lot with my issues. Recommended 200%

In the PT world, Saylor physical therapy in Altamonte Springs is by far the best of my experiences. The one-on-one facilitated an individual interaction that resulted in a focused recovery plan. The space is very roomy and complete with up to date PT equipment. Heather, a Doctor of Physical Therapy, is knowledgeable, personable and fosters a pleasant environment for PT with the focus on recovery. After all getting better is the reason for going to physical therapy.
