This physical therapy practice is top notch. Their PTs are very knowledgeable and take their time during your evaluations to listen to you as well as finding the correct path for you.

The office staff is very friendly and they greet you every time you enter.

The PTAs also are great listeners, try different exercises until they find the correct ones for you.

I highly recommend Saylor Physical Therapy and it is by far the best PT place we have been to! My son started seeing Heather Kennedy after a sports injury and I quickly realized she is very passionate about her patients’ care and is very thorough and knowledgeable. She takes her time to explain everything to him and ensure he walks away with not only less pain and more mobility, but have knowledge of his body mechanics to prevent injuries. The environment is also very pleasant and all staff including front desk, PTA (Alex) and other Physical Therapist are very friendly and professional.

Before each follow up visit with my surgeon we do an evaluation of my progress and she shares with me her plans for the next step in my recovery. Heather Kennedy’s role in my road to recovery from a broken hip is beyond measure, so if I could give her more than a five star rating, I would. My first encounter with a physical therapist after my injury was with someone who split my one hour sessions with two other patients. I was simply given an exercise and then was left to navigate on my own. Fortunately, I quickly realized that I had to find a therapist who would actually guide me and give me the strength and encouragement to navigate my recovery. I found that person in Heather, and I will always be grateful. From day one, she assessed my needs and developed the best treatment. She spends the entire hour with me one on one and makes sure I am doing the exercises correctly to maximize my progress and build my strength. She has been wonderful not only in regard to my physical progress, but she positively reinforces me on an emotional level as well. Saylor Physical Therapy is by far the best PT experience I've ever had. Heather is amazing! She is highly educated and extremely knowledgeable. She is not old school and didn't just run me through a bunch of exercises to do at home. She incorporated a lot of very effective treatments. She did hands-on deep tissue therapy to loosen tight constricted muscles that were inhibiting movement and recovery. She used cupping, Graston, taping, foam rolling, deep tissue release, stretching and manipulation She took a lot of interest in my progress, what worked and what didn't work. I had amazing results in just 10 visits. I've never before had such a knowledgeable hands-on therapist like Heather and will never go anywhere else for PT in the future. I cannot recommend Heather and Saylor Physical Therapy enough!
