Kelly was really helpful. This last year, as it has been for many, was really tough. What was once mild depression had become a major problem for me - I knew I need help. Kelly provided the help I needed. Lots of good ideas, reframing of past issues, and I'm feeling optimistic aboy my future for the first time in a long, long time.
