I have worked with Paula several times since March of 2023. I have been lucky enough to experience her intuitive healing through Reiki, Astrology, Chakra Balancing, and Shamanic healing sessions.

Each session left me feeling empowered to embrace transformation in my life. She has helped me develop a deeper connection to spirit and helped me understand some of the blockages that have prevented me from living the life that I wanted. Her sessions were very individualized to my needs and her gentle approach made me feel instantly comfortable in her presence.

What an incredible experience. It left me feeling so connected to myself, the world, and this life. Really enjoyed the astrology session. Especially getting to learn about my fiancés sign and our compatibility. The body work session felt like a meditation/light paychadelic journey. (Aka feeling so interconnected with everyone, the earth, and feeling radiant energy coming from within)

I can’t say enough great things about my session working with Paula! I was in Sedona for a long weekend solo trip to hike, soak in the Sedona energy, and reconnect with myself and felt compelled to set up an energy healing session. I followed my intuition around the interwebs looking for a practitioner and found Paula. I can’t express how happy I am that I listened to my intuition and scheduled the session! From the time I walked into the building, I felt the warm welcoming energy and knew I was in the right place at the right time.

To start, I filled out a short form outlining a little about me and my goals. Then we discussed everything, and Paula was pretty much able to read me like a book as she went through a brief astrological reading for me, boy was she spot on with it. Not just canned “this can apply to anyone” type of stuff but real deal what I had actually experienced throughout my life. Then we transitioned into the energy work which incorporated crystals, reiki, polarity, craniosacral, and sound healing along with some guided visualizations. We finished up and she talked through everything we did along with recommendations on what to do after the session. She also let me pick a crystal to take home to help me with my chakras that needed some work so that was a huge plus because I love crystals!

I can honestly say that the session felt like the most effective energy healing session I’ve ever had and I’ve had many energy healing sessions with others before visiting Paula. Paula is so kind and genuinely caring; I highly recommend her for any energy work if you are looking for someone in the Sedona area. I will definitely be back next time I’m in town!
