I've known Aileen for 23 years since the beginning of our Divine friendship when she was my occupational therapist at Rancho Los Amigos after being paralyzed from the neck down from a horrific car accident one week before 9/11. She guided me back into the real world with all the ways I could adapt with my hands after being classified as a C4 quadriplegic.

Through the years I've seen her grow, transform and evolve into an extraordinary therapist and healer on so many levels. She's one of the few that definitely practices what she preaches!

Recently I had a craniosacral therapy session with Aileen while she was visiting Los Angeles for a few days. During the session I explained to her that I was having jaw tension, sharp pains going up the top of my head from an Uber incident and not sleeping for the past 12 days from restlessness and aches running throughout my body.

While I laid in bed comfortably on my back Aileen positioned herself near my head doing her work, giving energy and massaging all the pain away. During the session unbeknownst to me I had muscles so tight that I had tiny little knots on the back of my cranium. They were sore to the touch!!! Unbelievable!!!! Slowly within minutes Aileen's healing touch was releasing the knots as she worked gently on each pocket of pain. She was able to ease all the tension from the back of my cranium allowing my nose to clear and the pain to disappear.

Later Aileen gloved up and began doing one of my favorites where she began massaging and manipulating the muscles inside and out of my mouth and around my jaws to release more tension. Now mind you, this is not for everyone but it's one of my favorites!!! ? Instantly the tension is gone along with the headache and guess what!?!? Yessss, minutes after she left, I dozed off into a deep sleep and slept like a baby like I had never in a long time!!!

I woke up feeling invigorated and well rested. I immediately text Aileen to thank her for taking all the tension away and allowing my body to become centered once again.
