I went to Sedona Physical Therapy after experiencing knee pain that prevented me from hiking and running. This was problematic as I was excited for my first backcountry elk hunt scheduled a few months later. Within the first 10 minutes of my initial appointment, Carol and Michelle had identified a weak hip as the cause - something that had been an occasional nuisance for a decade. Through about half a dozen appointments, Carol worked with me to strengthen my hip, increase mobility, and reduce discomfort. Not only did my condition improve, I also unexpectedly regained full mobility in my other knee that had been partially lost a year earlier after meniscus repair surgery. We didn't get an elk, but I successfully hiked almost 30 miles over three days with minimal pain! Besides simply knowing her stuff, Carol excels because she listens to her client's needs and tailors recommendations to their goals and abilities. She is a magician and I 100% recommend her and Sedona Physical Therapy.

I have used Lebec Physical Therapy on and off for 3 years. I have received excellent care at all times. My Orthopedic Surgeon was very pleased how well I was physically prepared by Linda Lebec for the extensive surgery. After 7 months post surgery, I was sent back to Linda to get back into shape. I was so pleased with the results. I’m back again with the hope of preventing the next surgery that was recommended. There is no one I know who hasn’t highly praised Linda and Carol for their professionalism, quality care of the injuries and the personal warmth, humor and caring in working with their clients.

I have had pain in my knee for a long time(18 months), so I came here for help with that problem. My goal is to hike in Sedona at least an hour every other day. The stretches I learned have helped me exceed that goal. Michelle is a very patient therapist who studied my leg problems and I did experience very positive results.
