I took a while to write my review on my retreat from July 6th 2021 because I wanted time to really absorb my experience with Sedona Soul Adventures and give the most helpful review I could. I called during one of the lowest points of my life and Heather, my soul guide on the other end of the phone, let me cry and vent for over an hour. She knew exactly what I needed and based on my timeline and financial limitations, had a retreat ready to go for me in a week. I spent a total of 5 days in Sedona (and a 43 hour road trip, which created an even better experience for extra quiet and alone time,for my heart and soul.)
I met a total of seven professionals who specialized in everything from Energy healing, to understanding the Enneagram, to understanding Highly Sensitive People, to Breathwork meditation, to what was holding me back, to embracing emotional release and what to fill in it's place, to personal acceptance, true authenticity and respecting my journey, to bridging the gaps and connecting the dots between myself and the people I love the most. I cried a lot and I laughed a lot. I met individuals who I gave me guidance that I will hold in my heart for the rest of my life. This retreat did not give me answers, only I can do that for myself. This retreat gave me tools, direction, considerations and feedback for me to use to come to my own, personal solutions to continue with my individual growth and understanding of myself. Debra, Heather, Robin, Sondra, Sher, Heather L, Marianna, Paula and Christine offered me love, respect, understanding, compassion and friendship. It was up to me to accept their gifts and immerse myself in all their teachings and enlightenment. The results have included:
*much less depression about my inner confusion and personal turmoil.
*a stronger foundation of understanding and communication between my husband and myself, which has also reinforced the bond my son and I hold (becoming one of the most enlightening moments of the retreat, taking my breath away with what I discovered.)
*Guidance on what to do and where to go when it comes to continued understanding and developments within my own identity and comprehension of my characteristics and personality.
*what to do when my anxiety has become too much and too strong; you do have ways to turn it around for yourself.
*a better appreciation of my uniqueness and how to embrace the things I for so long saw as setbacks, problems and obstacles.

I could go on and on. Bottom line, if you WANT to help yourself from what is holding you back, if you WANT to get back to what you love, who you know you are and what makes you fulfilled and truly happy, Sedona Soul Adventures will give you the tools and guidance to stop asking so many questions about yourself and remember what living is suppose to be about. Thank you for your love and your presence to help me fill my life again.

I visited Sedona for the first time in February of this year, and found my experience with Sedona Soul Adventures to be powerful and transformational.

This experience is one that I think participants have to be emotionally prepared for, and have the self awareness and brutal honesty with one's self to see yourself as you are, and take ownership of your behavior. I was wary of my ability to lend myself to the process, and give of myself what I needed to make the experience truly fruitful. The practitioners are gifted and generous people, and will give you as much as you are willing to give of yourself.

I can see life with different eyes now thanks to Sedona Soul Adventures, and I look forward to making my way back there soon.

Nothing has done for me what my Sedona Soul Adventure did. I have been an alternative medicine practitioner for over 20 years and these wonderful people have blessed my life tremendously... This experience has helped me in my work, my private practice, my relationship and my family. I did my adventure back in 2018 and I still continue to step into my highest potential with their support year after year. I love how you can keep growing with this team. To get the most out of it you have to be open to the possibilities...you can't receive the gifts if you show up with your arms crossed at your chest. lol

I referred my friends and family as well. They have helped my family rise up right along with me and helped them step more fully into their potential too. I am eternally grateful and feel so blessed to be working with this team still all these years later.
My life looks nothing like it did 8 years ago thanks to my ongoing soul journey with Sedona Soul Adventures. I love my life more than ever and I owe it all to Debra and her amazing team at Soul Adventures. This one is a no brainer, just say YES!

Really no rating. I was verbally abused by the owners parents. Screamed at and told I wasn’t wanting to participate. Chased out the door. I reported this and since one of the owners is an attorney I was coerced into signing a 5 year contract to not report or review or my money wouldn’t be returned. 7 years and here you go. The truth. Don’t go here. It’s better to go to the vortex’s and feel the energy and heal than be screamed at on what a rotten person you are. That’s not healing. No confusion here. I have the paperwork to prove it!

This is an easy 5 Star Review because Sedona Soul Adventures is a world class organization. They have a highly individualized and systematic approach to connecting you to the best body workers, Counselors, and intuitive practionors in Sedona. The way that all of the adventure is integrated is amazing and I found it to be very healing while I was in Sedona. As the months have past since my last visit, I realize how I view my world has been forever changed by those 3 days. I am grateful beyond words and couldn't recommend them enough for anyone going through a hard time or just looking to understand their world on a deeper level.
