The therapists are AMAZING, but the woman in the front office taking calls is beyond rude and not helpful in the least bit. She has an attitude and doesn't utilize active listening skills. We are having a billing issue and she became defensive when I advised her they've been billing the wrong insurance policy. Not once did I state or even imply it was their fault. Not a good experience. Should the need for services arise in the future, we likely will not be back for that reason alone. The back office experience is just as important as the experience with the provider if not more because we are talking about the patient's ability to pay. To clarify, this call took place the morning of October 18, 2024.
