I really like Select PT. The service you get is great. Starting with scheduling, for the first time, to meeting wirh the therapist. It is all very easy. They are very efficient and you never have to wait more than 5 min to be seen, something that I really appreciate.
The therapists, Alexa and Vanessa are the best. They are very kind, friendly and knowledgeable. I am very pleased.

Extremely disappointed. Front staff as barely no customer service skills... minimum is, good afternoon, no greeting.. had to do some exercises for my knee, I have to say that I'm not paying my $30 copay for having a therapist giving you your exercises, that I can do by myself and keep looking at his phone All session. No empathy or patient relationship... unfortunately that's become common nowadays...
