I could not be more pleased with my recent experience at Select Physical Therapy in Carrollwood. I was referred due to a shoulder issue that I had neglected for some time and went in not sure exactly what physical therapy would be able to accomplish. With the support of the Select team, I recently completed my care and am extremely satisfied with the results. My physical therapist, Denise Fernandez was attentive and took the time to explain the treatment plan and answered all my questions. Over the last two months I have seen significant improvements and am relatively pain free. My condition caused issues sleeping, restricted my activities and impacted me at work daily. As a result of my care and treatment I have resumed activities I have not be able to do in almost three years. During the course of my care, I had the opportunity to work with an intern, Brittany and was impressed with how Denise and her worked together to implement my treatment plan. Denise Fernandez is a dedicated, compassionate and professional and I could not recommend her and the Select Physical Therapy team more highly!

Select Physical Therapy office is awesome. From the time I walked through the office they were friendly, positive, and welcoming. Once I got to Rita I had high expectations. She did not fail me, she is knowledgeable, friendly, gentle, and a great teacher. She walked me through what I should do at home to assist the healing process. I would recommend this office as well as Ms Rita.
