I came to Serenity Counseling to seek help and guidance in troubles in my life and came across Life Coaching. When I met Steve, his warm personality, demeanor, and professionalism stuck out to me. I never had a life coach before or even knew what it was, but I gave it a chance and I’m glad I did because it paid off greatly. Through my experiences with our life coaching sessions, I was able to find the root core of what was troubling me and truly address them.

Very dissatisfied with the services provided by this facility. We were told when booking that the first sessions is an assessment. We were there for 30mins for what should’ve been a 50mins-1 hr session! Then about 15 mins of that our counselor Janean bromley spoke about fees, fees, fees, how there plans are setup, the programs they offer etc which I think should be discussed before scheduling and before I paid $185!! We discussed our relationship for about 15 mins maybe 20 mins max! Then at the end she asked us was there anything else we wanted to discuss. I thought the counselor should be asking us as many questions as possible to maximize our sessions and get to understand the relationship a lot better?! I also did not feel connected to our counselor Janean .. All I can say is run this place only cares about the money.. when I called to resolve and requested a refund Jamie advised me that her supervisor said they will not be issuing me any refunds! Very disappointed in my experience!

I have had an opportunity to work with both Janean as well as Brittany, and I can not sing their praises enough. Janean provided me with some on the spot semi-emergency help, and she was so wonderful. Kind, compassionate, and really knowledgeable about certain issues I was immediately facing at that time. Brittany, there's nothing less than "stellar" to describe her. I have spent many years meeting with counselors, therapists, etc and I have not ever truly felt comfortable enough to be myself, until now. She is just a real honest, caring person who I can say I trust wholeheartedly. I sound like I'm gushing, but it's nothing short of a blessing to have found Serenity Counseling at the time in my life that I needed it most. 10/10 would empathically recommend!!

Brittany is knowledgeable counselor and shows such warmth in her work that you know you’re in good hands. It can be hard to get comfortable with a new counselor but Brittany makes it easy. She can make me laugh and give me meaningful insight into psychology and behavior at the same time. She’s known for the creative metaphors she comes up with to help us think about something differently. I can’t recommend her enough!
