After a few traumatic incidents, I was diagnosed with PTSD.
In 2023 I was fortunate enough to find Julie Stoneham LCSW, who specializes in Trauma care. She is caring, intelligent and professional.
She has been my Lifeline in dealing with my PTSD. It is hard to explain in words how much she has helped me and how grateful I am to have found her.
I wholeheartedly recommend her without any reservation.

Julie is extremely friendly and easy to talk with. I have had a very hard time opening up and trusting other therapists and other individuals in the past, yet I found myself effortlessly opening up and trusting her (Huge for me!). I look forward to my sessions with Julie and I feel that I have made positive changes since starting as her patient. She has taught me several ways of dealing with anxiety and panic attacks, which were debilitating when I first found her. I feel I am overcoming numerous issues from my childhood abuse with her help. I am able to talk about anything, and truly say what I need to say, and I know that it is a safe space and I'm not being judged. I highly recommend Julie to anyone in need of a caring and supportive counselor.
